Recognition of 2D barcodes

Application areas

Recognition of two-dimensional barcodes.

The supported barcode types are PDF417, QR and Datamatrix.

Conditions

In case of PDF417 and Datamatrix a single zone can contain more than one barcode. QR code must be alone in the zone.

The barcode can be in any direction and can be surrounded by text. The module can read truncated PDF417 barcodes as well.

Balancing

The true value of the setting Kernel.Ocr.BAR.bar2D.OneBarInZones means that there is only one 2D barcode in the zone. Its default value is false.
